Alison joined the staff of THC Bone and Joint in August 2004 after Graduating from Texas Women's University-Dallas with a Masters of Physical Therapy. As an undergraduate, Alison attained a BS from Texas A&M University in 2002 where she competed as a scholarship athlete for four years in NCAA Division 1 soccer for the Aggies. She has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 2002 with focus on orthopedics.

She is a competitive marathon runner as well as triathlon athlete. She recently completed the Boston Marathon in 2005 in 3:27. She prefers to spend her spare time in all outdoor endeavors.
